Dynamic Autofocus
Our 7th generation of dynamic autofocus technology adjusts precisely to within 0.01
microns. The focal length is maintained accurately all the time, controlled by a voice coil
motor. This not only keeps the dot areas even, but also precisely controls density and
decreases the problems of blue spots and blue halos which are caused by fine dust on the
drum surface.
Unique 7th Generation Focal Length Technology
Thanks to this technology, it is possible to achieve highly precise screening up to 350 lpi.
Adjusting intelligently to environmental changes, the focal length is adjusted to its best
customized setting through intelligent laser calibration technology, to achieve and maintain
high-precision screening.
Intelligent Optical Path Control

Intelligent management technology of laser tube multi-channel:
When one of the laser channel fails, the system switches to the next channel by
intelligent control, in order to keep the CTP working properly. Individual damaged laser
tubes are separately replaceable, to reduce repair costs.
Automatic Balancing System
The automatic balancing system ensures that plates adhere to the drum surface,
limiting drum vibrations to an extremely low level, maintaining a high quality of
platemaking.
